Santorini Island Fresh Dorados

When we went to Greece, I thought I would eat nothing but lamb -- because I love it so much. But when I discovered dorados, I ate them every time they were on the menu. The Greeks had a wonderfully simple way of making them, grilling them in a bit of olive oil. How I wish I could get them back here in New England. Would love to go to Santorini. Every time I saw a postcard that looked like heaven, it turned out to be one of that island. We went to Crete after a trip to Thessaloniki and Athens. Would love to go back there too.
